We manufacture Portland Pozzalana Cement through these 5 significant stages – Crushing, raw meal grinding, clinkerisation, cement grinding and packing for dispatch.
1. Crushing
The Lime Stone will be crushed here with below 15mm size.
2. Nodules Formation
Crushed limestone, clay and Petcoke of desired chemical compositions are fed through electronic weigh feeders at controlled rate and ground in ball mills where rawmeal is manufactured.
3. Clinkerisation
The rawmeal is fed into kiln through noduliser where clinkerisation will be processed and finally get Clinker. This process is the heart of cement manufacturing process.
4. Cement Grinding
The Clinker, Flyash and Gypsum are fed to the cement mills through electronic weigh feeders at controlled rate and ground in ball mills The classifier (high efficiency separator) controls the fineness of cement. The finished product of desired chemical composition and physical properties is transported to Cement Silos for storage.
5. Packing
The Cement is then withdrawn into the Automatic packing machine which will be installed under the silo where exact quantity of 50 Kgs. will be packed in a bag and loaded on the trucks directly. Our cement storage silo has the capacity of about 300 Mt.
